COVID-19 RETURN TO PLAY PROTOCOL - English - Spanish

If a student-athlete tested positive for COVID-19 they must have their doctor clear them for participation, they are then to hand the form to the school nurse, and they then must complete the Return to Play process with our Athletic Trainer.
